Dr. Termine is a management consultant with a highly successful career in the chemical and allied industries. He has more than twenty years experience in business development, acquisitions and alliances, research and development, and marketing.

Dr. Termine is accomplished in business management and technology management. He has completed several multi-million dollar acquisitions, and formed manufacturing joint ventures and technology alliances with strategic partners. In addition to founding Termine Group, L.L.C., he pioneered one of the first regional internet service provider businesses in the US, started a computer hardware value-added reselling business, and a specialty food products business.

Dr. Termine has commercialized numerous new specialty products, and managed technology groups of up to 150 scientists and engineers. He has made hands-on technical contributions to research and collaborated on more than 30 US and foreign patents. His management strength is building effective marketing and research teams, and leading technology integration efforts with a sound business sense and a focus on profitability.

In addition to these accomplishments, Dr. Termine is the publisher of the popular internet sites Termine.com Chem Portal and Termine.com Education Portal.
